It’s important that you set up the documents you’ll need to include with your Hazardous Materials or Dangerous Good shipments before you start shipping. You can do this in Setup > Printing & Scale > Printing Profiles.
On the Printing Profiles page, select the Profile that you use to ship HazMat/DG and click the Edit button.
UPS Forms
If you are shipping with UPS, type “UPS” into the Search field to narrow down the documents list. Enable and set up printing options for each document you want to include with your hazardous materials shipment.
FedEx Forms
If you are shipping hazardous materials with FedEx, you can type “FedEx” into the Search field to narrow down the documents list. For the OP-900 document, type “OP900” into the Search field. Enable and set up printing options for each document you want to include with your hazardous materials shipment.
LTL Form
For Freight shipments, motor carriers transporting hazardous materials must have appropriate documentation. Shippers of hazardous materials must provide carriers with shipping papers and emergency contact information, which you set up in Preferences.
